Memo2File Software, Components, & System Requirements

 

1- Software:

Each installer is custom made for the licensee. The licensee distributes the download to their employees/associates.  Memo2File is not currently available as a general download. 

 

2- Computer:

Windows PC - Operating System Windows 10+ (Disk Space: Equal to or greater than your phone's size (approx 300gb)

Apple Mac - Operating System 14+ (Disk Space: Equal to or greater than your phone's size (approx 300gb)

 

2a- Internet connection

The computer running Memo2File requires an internet connection for the purposes of license validation prior to running.

 

2-Charging cable: 

Compatible with your phone and computer

 

3-Phone

iOS - (version 17+)

Android (private beta) (14)


 

Memo2File Install & Set-up

 

1-Connect: 

a-Connect your phone to your computer with a charging cable.  

b-Confirm you have an internet connection.

c-Allow access to your phone by your computer if a security prompt surfaces.

 

2-Install: 

-Download and install Memo2file from the link provided to you.

 

3-Open:

-The installer will set up a short-cut on your desktop.  Run from the shortcut or from your applications/programs folder.

 

4-Run:

-After the software opens, accept the terms and conditions and continue.

-Authorize all additional security prompts that surface on your phone or computer.




 

Troubleshooting

 

Memo2File has a robust internal diagnostic toolkit.  In most cases if an error occurs, simply follow the instructions shown in the software and it will resolve your issue.If you cannot resolve the issue by following the instructions, please take these next steps:

 

1-Restart your computer.

2-Restart your phone.

3-Confirm that you have an internet connection. (An internet connection is required to confirm the software has a license prior to operating).

 

4-Unplug your wired connection from both the phone and computer and then plug it in again to both your phone and computer.  If a connectivity issue persists between your computer and phone please try an alternate charging cable.
